Reclaim Your Rise: Type 1 Diabetes with Lauren Bongiorno
46. How to Tactically Bounce Back from Low Blood Sugar Incidents
Show Notes

Welcome to this week’s podcast! Today I’m getting really vulnerable with you and sharing my experience with one of the worst low blood sugars I’ve had in years.

Along with this story, I’ll provide three tips that I’ve learned throughout my diabetes journey to help you bounce back from these types of low blood sugar incidents.

Whether intentional or unintentional, as T1Ds we are used to hiding the daily ups and downs that we experience from the people around us. This is part of why it can feel like diabetes is such an invisible condition because there's so much that we do daily that no one knows about.

My hope is that you can take the lessons from this podcast and apply them to your own life with diabetes, so you feel less alone and more equipped to manage your lows.
