In this week’s episode, I’m joined by Megan Baumley to discuss how her relationship with T1D transformed from feeling like her diagnosis was a death sentence to finding empowerment through a holistic approach.
Megan was diagnosed with T1D right before her 18th birthday. Before joining Risely’s Decide & Conquer Bootcamp in 2021, she was all or nothing with her diabetes, super anxious about her health, embarrassed by her numbers, and afraid to admit that she needed help.
