Reclaim Your Rise: Type 1 Diabetes with Lauren Bongiorno
My 5-Part Process for Setting Yourself Up for Success in 2023
Show Notes

Hello everyone and welcome back to the show! After a three-week break, we are back and just in time to reflect on 2022 and set our intentions for 2023.

Change doesn’t always have to be hard. The five-part process that I share with you in this episode will allow you to set intentions around what you can control, and also leave room for the things that you can’t necessarily control. I’ve practiced this process for end-of-the-year reflections and intention-setting since 2016 and know that it’s going to help set you up for success in all the new years to come!

If you’re someone who is currently feeling exhausted and terribly frustrated by your diabetes or with other areas of your life, and have the desire to create a change, this is a great episode to listen to.
