Jay is a recovering alcoholic and drug addict who got sober back in 2005. Fitness was one of the things that helped save Jay and put his life in a positive direction. He was diagnosed with T1D as an adult at the age of 28 but didn’t let that stop him from continuing to challenge himself and help other people.
Jay is the founder of JTM FIT INC. His online training programs have helped thousands of people all over the world make incredible physical and mental transformations.
