71. Ask Me Anything and 30th Birthday Reflections
Today we have a special solo episode in honor of my 30th birthday, which I’m celebrating on July 8th!
So today’s episode has two sections…
In the first part, I answer questions that you all submitted on Instagram about diabetes resentment, exercise and its impact on blood sugars, navigating a new diagnosis, and getting pregnant as a T1D.
In the second part, I get reflective and share the top three most impactful lessons that I learned in my 20s that are applicable not only to type one diabetes but can also to life in general!
